This is a new course, developed during the pandemic to help people understand and cope with the impact that change and uncertainty can have on wellbeing and mental health.
Students consider different aspects of resilience and explore coping strategies, developing bespoke wellbeing plans.
They also learn about communication to develop an understanding of how to have better conversations and relationships with others.

The overall aim of this new course is to support people to adapt and grow in the wake of the pandemic.
With restrictions easing, we'll explore local services in the community that support health and wellbeing.
